Describe what it's like to be you in a day. How does your workday flow? When do you incorporate wellness/mindfulness into your schedule? Do you encourage others (like clients, coworkers or even friends) to achieve wellness, mindfulness or a sense of purpose? Describe that, too. You can break it down by time of day:

  • Early morning/before 9 a.m.
  • Late morning/9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Lunchtime/12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
